Snapdraw Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply when you use Snapdraw, a Reddit Devvit app that provides a live contest room and draw experience inside Reddit. By opening or using Snapdraw, you agree to these terms in addition to the Reddit terms, policies, community rules, and moderator instructions that apply to your Reddit use.
What Snapdraw does
Snapdraw lets a subreddit run an interactive contest room. Joined participants can appear in the room, move, chat, react with emotes, and watch a moderator-controlled draw. Snapdraw provides the app mechanics only. The subreddit and its moderators control the contest context, community rules, prize communication, and moderation.
Eligibility and contest rules
- Follow the rules and eligibility requirements announced by the subreddit or moderators hosting the contest.
- A Snapdraw draw selects from joined non-moderator participants who are eligible in the active room state at draw time.
- A Snapdraw result does not itself create a right to a prize, payment, or benefit outside the rules set by the hosting community.
- Do not use Snapdraw for wagers, purchases, gambling, or any prohibited, regulated, illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Acceptable use
You must use Snapdraw in a way that respects Reddit users and communities. Do not use the app to harass, spam, impersonate, manipulate Reddit features, evade moderation, submit harmful content, or violate Reddit rules or applicable law. Moderators may moderate surrounding Reddit activity under their community rules.
Availability and changes
Snapdraw may change, pause, fail, or be removed. Realtime features, Reddit platform availability, review requirements, subreddit configuration, and moderation decisions can affect the experience. The developer may update these terms when the app or its obligations change.
No Reddit affiliation
Snapdraw is a Devvit app built for Reddit. Unless Reddit states otherwise, Snapdraw is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Reddit.
Limitation of responsibility
Snapdraw is provided as available for the interactive experience described above. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for subreddit contest terms, moderator decisions, prize fulfillment, user-provided chat or reactions, platform outages, or losses caused by misuse of the app.
